  UPLAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
   
 
 
  • Trainings and seminars was conducted to farmers to replicate the technology introduced by the UDP.
 
 
  • One of the component projects implemented was goat dispersal, and 14 heads were distributed  to 6 recipients. Another project was the distribution of assorted asexually propagated fruit seedlings (durian 900 pcs., rambutan 750, lanzones 400, mango 798 and cacao 1,500). 1,500 cardaba plantlets (tissue cultured) and 5,000 pcs of assorted forest trees were also distributed by PENRO in support to the program.
 
 
  • To date, our 3 barangays have formulated their Land Used-Based Barangay Development Plans (LUB-BDP) and a total of 54 farmers beneficiaries were trained to adopt and promote Diversified Farming System.
 
 
 
   
 
  GMA FISHERY PROGRAM
   
 
 
  • lOur fishery sector received 10,000 hito fingerlings, 10,000 carp fingerlings and 34,000 tilapia fingerlings through the Free Dispersal Scheme of the Provincial Fishery Office (PFO).
 
 
  • This program benefited 21 local fish farmers.
 
 
 
     
  NUTRITION INTERVENTION PROGRAM
 
 
  • Our office were able to distribute assorted vegetable seeds to our local households for them to plant and propagate as source of nutritious food for the family and to be sold as source of extra income.
 
 
  • This assorted vegetable seeds were sourced out from PAGRO and from our LGU calamity assistance program.
