BUSINESS PERMIT GUIDELINES

All Business Permit and License to be renewed within January 2 to 20. During this period the Municipality of Kapalong has a ONE- STOP SHOP program wherein all offices with direct participation in the processing in the applications for renewal of business permits and licenses are housed in one place to help facilitate the smooth flow of the documents. Applications for renewal of business permits and licenses processed after the deadline, January 20, shall be subject to a surcharge of 25% of the amount of tax, fees or other impositions due plus an interest of 2% per month of the unpaid taxes, fees or charges including surcharges, until such amount is fully paid. No business permit and license shall be renewed unless payment of business tax on the previous year is fully paid.
