INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Kapalong, Kapalong, Davao invites all interested suppliers, manufacturers and distributors for procurement of Goods* for the following:*

		1.Various Spare Parts	P	*62,880.00*
		*2. Sports Uniform*		*147,900.00*
		*3. Sports Equipments*		*85,696.00*

The bid documents shall be available at the BAC –Secretariat starting, *March 18, 2010, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.*.

Delivery of Goods will be a minimum of 10 Calendar days* upon receipt of the Contract.*

The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposal in two separated sealed envelopes in the bid box located at the BAC Secretariat Office at the CDIC Building – Municipal Compound, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. Deadline for submission and receipt of bids shall be onMarch 22, 2010 at 9:30 in the Morning, Monday at the same day opening of bid at exactly 10:00 in the morning.
